Marching for our heroes (War time GBV survivors)

Mums for Mums organized street Marching program in collaboration USAID and Bahgina Research, Consultancy and multimedia PLC. The program focuses of stopping stigma and discrimination against war time GBV survivors. In this program, more than 1,500 women, young girls from seven sub-cities of Mekelle city, and IDP around Mekelle city.Mr. Ashenafi Asmelash, executive director for MfM welcome the participants from seven Sub-cities and IDPs around Mekelle City.His Excellency underlines that the change in attitude towards war time GBV survivors starts from an individual level, from religious leaders & government leaders to community leaders and the whole community members.
